Fun for Mother's Day
Today I enjoyed spending time with the girls who come by my house on Wednesdays. We finished our Mother's Day projects today. We painted and decorated picture frames with words that describe our mothers and then I took pictures of them for their frames. The girls had a lot of fun creating their frames and having their pictures taken. They were also excited to give the finished frames to their moms.

The girls have been going to church on Tuesday nights and each week I ask them what they learned. Usually, they don't remember very much, but this week they told me that they had fun because they got to use the Bible. They also remembered that they were learning about the fruit of the Spirit.
Another part of our time together is doing a short Bible study. Today during our Bible study time we looked up the verses that they read in church (Galatians 5:19-23) and were able to talk more about them. I was glad that I was able to follow-up what they were learning in church and then connect it with what we are talking about (Creation and how sin entered the world). Another neat thing about our Bible study time was that we were able to meet outside in the beautiful sunshine.

I enjoy these times with the girls, but when the baby comes in the next few weeks we will need to take a break for a little while. I pray that they will still come over to visit and that when life gets more settled with the new baby that we will be able to restart our times together.
