Continuing in Faith

Thank you so much for your faithful prayers for our church plant launch this past Sunday.  We gathered together with Glen and Sharon and began worship at 4pm.  As we continued through to Bible study and prayer no one else arrived.  We had invited a number of people who said they would come, but no one showed up.  Maybe it was the freezing rain that had fallen that morning or maybe unforeseen family situations came up.

We are not disappointed because we know that God has called us to gather as a community to glorify Him, no matter who shows up.

Join us in prayer this week for the families that we have invited to come.

"...praying at all times in the Spirit with all supplication.  To that end keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints, and also for me, that words may be given to me in opening my mouth boldly to proclaim the mystery of the gospel."   Ephesians 6:18-19

Though the day did not go as we expected, we continue to walk forward in faith trusting in God's amazing plan!
