Praising Him in the Storm

Elena is the most faithful attendee of our Sunday Bible study.  She has faced countless tough situations in her life including the tragic death of her youngest son.  Sunday at Bible study she shared yet another difficult situation that happened in her family on Saturday night.  Tears filled her eyes as she shared one more thing being piled on top of an already broken heart.  But as we began to worship I heard her voice growing stronger as we sand "Mighty to Save," praising God in the midst of her pain.

As our team moves forward with this church plant we are focusing on building relationships with Elena and others that exemplify the Church as Christ intended, loving God and loving each other.  We desire to see Elena care for others as God is using us to care for her.

Thank you for partnering with us in prayer!  Continue to pray for boldness and opportunities for our team to share Christ and invite others to our Sunday Bible study.  Pray also that Elena will seek God and know His peace in the midst of her struggles.
